¶1Heard Mr. Jawahir Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mukul Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed seeking relief of gunner/security being provided to the petitioner, free of cost.

¶3At present, the petitioner does not appear to have approached the District Level Committee.

¶4Accordingly, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction, in case the petitioner files a proper application before the District Level Committee, Ghaziabad, that application may be dealt with and decided on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months.
