¶1Sri Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. He submits that in respect of lack of infrastructure, the petitioner will approach the High Court on the administrative side and the said liberty be reserved in favour of the petitioner.

¶2Sri Rahul Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for High Court, informs us that the representation of the District Bar Association against establishment of new court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in Tehsil Dataganj, District Budaun, was rejected by the Administrative Judge and the same was informed by the Registrar General to District Judge, Budaun by letter dated 28.10.2023.

¶3Despite the same, we permit the petitioner to represent on the administrative side in case there is any shortcoming in the infrastructure of the new court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in Tehsil Dataganj, District Budaun.
