¶1By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought that Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, respondent no.2 be directed to decide the Restoration Application being Case No.तजo/289 (Ram Milan Vs. Jan Kalyan Sewa Samiti) under section 21 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 expeditiously.

¶2This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid restoration application expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment, taking note of the judgment passed by Full Bench of this Court in Smt.
