The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken by the District Magistrate, Etah on the representation dated 7.9.2022 filed by the petitioner for demarcation of his share in a certain plot. Without expressing any opinion either on the maintainability or the merits of the representation, the District Magistrate, Etah is directed to either himself decide the said representation or delegate it to the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate and the representation shall be decided within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. It is clarified that while deciding the representation of the petitioner, the concerned Officer shall also consider the maintainability of the representation.
