According to the Stamp Reporter, the instant Criminal Revision is beyond time by 1209 days. In the impugned order, the revisionist has challenged the order framing charges dated 18.09.2017. As no one appeared even in the revise call to press the revision and as there is already an enormous delay in filing the revision in the year 2023 which has not been explained on the day to day basis by the revisionist.
