¶1Upon written instructions received, Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel informs that payment of Rs. 7,99,542/- has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner. The same has been paid out. As to the balance amount claimed by the petitioner, it has been submitted that the same is not due.

¶3In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
