¶1Having heard Shri Pavan Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and having perused the record, undisputedly, the petitioners have been issued notice dated

18.09.2023 to remove certain encroachments. The petitioners have not challenged that notice.

¶2In view of such facts, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present present petition pending or calling for any counter affidavit at this stage.

¶3The writ petition is disposed of with the direction, in case the petitioners file their reply to the notice dated 18.09.2023 within a period of two weeks from today supported by their personal affidavit annexing thereto all documents on which they may seek to rely, that objection may be dealt with strictly in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of one month therefrom.
