¶1Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the record, the present writ petition is misconceived insofar as the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated

28.09.2023 issued by respondent no.3 (a private corporation) and further insofar as the petitioner seeks a direction upon the said respondent to make payment pursuant to a written contract.
