After hearing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners comes up with a prayer to issue a mandamus to the respondent no. 2 to decide their objection in accordance with law. To the said prayer, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioner's aforesaid objection, in accordance with law, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
