¶1Solitary grievance of the petitioner is that public work of laying a water supply pipeline is being carried out over the bhumidhari land being plot no. 338Kha, Village Madanpura, Tehsil Harraiya, District Basti.

¶2The petitioner further states that he has not given his consent to the government authorities to carry out the above described public work.

¶3Facts are unascertained.

¶4No useful purpose may be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for any counter affidavit at this premature stage.

¶5Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction, in case the petitioner files a written representation supported by his personal affidavit annexing thereto all relevant documents on which he may seek to rely, that representation may be dealt with and decided strictly in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order to be passed by the respondent no. 2 or such officer as he may authorise within a period of two weeks from the date of compliance shown by the petitioner.
