This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "(I) Issue a order or direction in the directing the court concerned i.e. Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Moradabad Gohna, Mau, to decide the Case No. 1418 of 2018 (Ramkishun Vs. Nebelal and others), expeditiously within a time bound period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." A perusal of the record of this petition reveals that a suit was filed by the petitioner bearing Original Suit No. 1418 of 2018 seeking a decree of permanent injunction. Certified copy of the order-sheet has not been enclosed from which it would evince the stage of the trial. Under the circumstances, interference is declined and this petition is dismissed.
