¶1The case of the petitioner is that he has performed some excess work under a contract, but payment in respect thereof is not being made to him.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the recommendation made by Tender Committee dated 23.08.2022 (Annexure No. 7), wherein, it is admitted that against work of value Rs. 1,36,76,572.50, the actual work got executed was for Rs. 1,64,99,947.40.

¶3The case of the petitioner is that the matter is now pending approval before Chief Executing Officer, Noida Authority. It is urged that he may be directed to take decision in the matter expeditiously.

¶4Learned counsel appearing for the Noida Authority has no objection to the same.

¶5Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 1 to pass a speaking order taking into consideration the recommendation made by the Tender Committer within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order.
