¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent no.3 to pay compensation to the petitioner in respect of Arazi No.221/AM, area 42 square meters, situated at Pargana Arail, Village Jahagirabad Uparhar, Tehsil Karchhana, District Prayagraj at present circle rate.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Prayagraj Development Authority, Prayagraj has informed the petitioner that the matter relating to payment of compensation is pending approval before the Board and as soon as the same is approved, payment would be made.

¶3Having regard to the said submission, we leave it open for the petitioner to approach Prayagraj Development Authority, Prayagraj for redressal of her grievance.
