This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) Direct the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Najibabad, Bijnore to decide the Civil Suit No. 50 of 2005 ( Ram Pal Singh V. Izhaar Ahmed and others) within stipulated period of time or as expeditiously possible." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the intervening events, he does not wish to press this petition and seeks for its withdrawal.
