¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to stop illegal constructions being allegedly raised by certain private persons over the parking area owned by Municipal Corporation, Ghaziabad.

¶2Although, the petitioner has disclosed name of the alleged encroachers in the representation filed by him but they have not been impleaded as party respondents to the instant petition. Moreover, the dispute appears to be between two set of private individuals in respect of certain constructions being raised by one set.

¶3For the aforesaid reasons, we are not inclined to entertain the instant petition. It is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other legal remedy as may be advised.

¶4The order has been passed in the presence of Ms. Tanisha Jahangir Monir, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Sri Ravi Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.
