Applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the charge sheet dated 15.4.2021 filed under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., in Case Crime No. 109 of 2020, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Section 66 Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station Airwa Katra, District Auraiya as well as the cognizance / summoning order dated 12.10.2023 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya in Case No. 8498 of 2023 and the proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
