¶1This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act") being Case No. 359 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. Nil), (Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. vs. Rajeev Kumar Rai @ Rajeev Rai & Vijay Lakshmi Rai) be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel states that the case shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.

¶3Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we direct that the case being Case No. 359 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. Nil), (Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. vs. Rajeev Kumar Rai @ Rajeev Rai & Vijay Lakshmi Rai) filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
