¶1The petitioner has called in question the show cause notice dated

25.09.2023, issued by respondent No. 2, calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why constructions raised by him should not be demolished as the same are illegal.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has replied to the said notice on 04.10.2023. He admits that no decision has been taken by the authority so far.

¶3Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Authority states that the Authority will take decision in the matter, expeditiously, after considering the reply submitted by the petitioner.

¶4Accordingly, at this stage, no good ground is made out to quash the impugned show cause notice. It is left open to the respondent - Authority to pass final order after considering the reply submitted by the petitioner.
