Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by the Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that a direction be issued to the Ombudsmen to decide the representation dated 2.12.2023 expeditiously within a specified period of time. Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being provided that the representation / complaint made to the Ombudsmen be decided within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
