¶1Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the record, we find that real dispute is between private parties i.e. the petitioner on one hand and private respondent nos. 9 and 10 on the other hand. Civil suit proceedings are also described to be pending between the parties, wherein initially injunction order was passed in favour of the petitioner. Stay extension application has also been sought by the petitioner.
