¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Insofar as the petitioners seek protection of life and liberty, it is left open to the petitioners to approach District Level Committee under the existing Government Policy. As far as the other reliefs sought against private respondents, in view of the private nature of dispute, no interference is warranted in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
