Judgment

Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 33052 of 2023 Petitioner :- Neeraj Kumar Respondent :- Union Of India And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Ram Sagar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I.,Annapurna Singh,Dhananjay Awasthi Hon'ble Piyush Agrawal,J. Heard Sri R.S.Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Annapurna Singh, leaned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner presses only prayer no. (b) which reads as under: "to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to consider the grievances of the petitioner and correct his name and his father's name and his mother's name which has wrongly been mentioned into Senior Secondary Examination Certificate and marks sheet as "Neeraj Kumar Verma" in place of "Neeraj Kumar" and 'Sri Suresh Kumar" in place of "Suresh Kumar" and "Smt. Laxmi Verma" n place of "Laxmi Verma" as purview of academic record by means of Class X certificate passed in the year 2008 bearing Roll No. 5202397 from Central Board of Secondary education within stipulated period which should be fixed by this Hon'ble High Court". It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the matter is pending consideration, the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
