¶1Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, it transpires, the petitioner has received a pre-litigation notice from the permanent Lok Adalat.

¶2In view of that nature of proceeding, the writ petition is found to be wholly misconceived. The person may never be aggrieved by such pre-litigation notice that only seeks conciliation and settlement. Neither any compulsion exists on the petitioner to reach any settlement nor any prejudice is seen to have been caused.
