Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents. Pursuant to the earlier order instructions have been obtained, which are taken on record. At the strength of the instructions, learned counsel for the respondent submits that marks sheet of the petitioner on the basis of previous performance is ready but could not be issued due to non availability of the photograph of the petitioner. Confronted with the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit his photograph on any working day. In view of the above the writ petition is disposed with with the direction to the respondent/ University to issue the marks sheet as soon as it receives the photograph of the petitioner.
