Judgment
Court No. - 39 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 38390 of 2023 Petitioner :- Smt. Dayawati Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Deepak Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Brijesh Kumar Mishra,Pranjal Mehrotra Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh,J. Hon'ble Shiv Shanker Prasad,J.
¶1Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ram Chandra, holding brief of Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 4 and Sri Brijesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3.
¶2Facts are not very clear. However, the main grievance of the petitioner is with respect to continuance of an electricity connection granted to one Brijesh Kumar. If the petitioner claims to be the owner of the property where electricity connection may have been granted without her consent at the behest of a non owner, it is left open to the petitioner to make a proper application on the prescribed proforma before respondent no. 2 for cancellation of such connection. If such compliance is made within a period of two weeks from today, the said application may be dealt with on its own merit by passing a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all necessary parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of compliance shown by the petitioner.
¶3With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 16.12.2023 SK Srivastava (Shiv Shanker Prasad,J.). . . (S.D. Singh,J) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
