Grievance of the petitioners is that some illegal construction is being raised over public park. Further contention of the petitioners is that though several representations, in this regard, have been made but till date nothing has been done. Learned counsel for Lucknow Development Authority submits that Municipal Corporation is a necessary party, which has not been joined in the array of writ petition. Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to file a fresh representation ventilating all their grievance within a period of two weeks from today to the Lucknow Development Authority or the Municipal Corporation, as the case may be, and in turn the same may be decided within a further period of one month after hearing opposite party no. 6 and other parties in accordance with law.
