Sri Abhinav Mathur, counsel for the appellants submits that both the appellants have expired on 27.9.2020 and 25.4.2022 respectively. The death of the appellants has also been confirmed by Sri Dhananjay Kumar Singh, learned AGA, who has received informations from the Senior Superintendent, District Jail, Lucknow in respect of the appellant no. 1 and In-charge P.S. Madiyaon, District - Lucknow in respect of the appellant no. 2. As there is no application by the the legal representatives of the deceased appellants seeking leave to continue the appeal, the same is accordingly dismissed being abated.
