The petitioner seeks implementation of an order passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned under Section 104, 105 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The order is dated 24.03.2022. The authority which has passed the order has the power to implement it and can themselves look into the matter. We see no reason to interfere in the matter at the behest of the petitioner. He was not a party in the proceedings before the SDM. We accordingly decline to interfere at the behest of the petitioner in this petition which is styled as a Public Interest. Subject to above, the petition is dismissed. The parties in the proceedings before the SDM may approach the concerned authority who has passed the said order, to implement it.
