Earlier on demand raised by the petitioner to provide him certain facilities, old toilets are being repaired and likewise tube-well has been dug and to put transformers, necessary arrangements are being made. Counsel for the respondents submit that these are the basic amenities which have been provided after taking a decision. They submit that petitioner's land has not been attached by any of the authorities and once the facilities are to be provided to the local businessmen/residents, some sacrifice is to be made. Considering the submissions made by the respondents and the pleadings taken by the petitioner, the petition is not maintainable in its present form and the same is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the administrative authorities, in case, occasion so arises.
