And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Narendra Bahadur Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Gaurav Mehrotra Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh,J.
¶1Heard Sri Narendra Bahadur Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri Virendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State.
¶2Present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for a direction to the respondents-Commission for treating the Question Booklet Series in the OMR sheet of the petitioner as "G" instead of "D", which has been wrongly written/filled.
¶3Since the petitioner has written wrong series in his question booklet, his booklet has not been examined. Entire system is computerized. Instructions were given in advance. If a candidate wrongly fills any particular in the OMR sheet, his question booklet would not be examined. There is sanctity adopted to a examination process. If the Court starts interfering in these matters, there would be no end of litigation, and the examination process would never get finalized.
¶4In view thereof, I find no substance in the writ petition, which is hereby dismissed. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) Order Date :- 22.5.2023 prateek High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
