¶1This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following reliefs:- " i) to issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.01.2023 issued by opposite party no. 4 as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.

ii) to issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to allow petitioner to work on the post of Officer on Special Duty as earlier and pay his salary from March, 2021 with all consequential benefits.

iii) to issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to continue the post of petitioner till his age of superannuation.

iv) to pass any other order.......

v) Allow the writ....................."

¶2After placing some argument, Mr. Kshemendra Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he would like to withdraw this petition, and the same may be dismissed as such.

¶3To the said request, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel, assisted by Mr. Rahul Singh, learned Standing Counsel, has no objection.
