¶1Heard Shri Rohitash Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Kuldeep Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.

¶2The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the suspension order dated 02.08.2022 issued by Opp. Party No.2 as contained in Annexure No.1. ii. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Opp. Party No.4 to initiate and conclude the inquiry as early as possible. iii... iv..."

¶3Shri Kuldeep Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents has tendered order dated 16.05.2023 passed in respect of the petitioner by the Director, State Employees Insurance Scheme, Labour Medical Services, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur, which is taken on record.

¶4The petitioner's suspension has been revoked vide order dated 16.05.2023. He has also been posted at his original place of posting. It has been further said that the petitioner should be paid regular salary for the period during which he was suspended i.e. from 27.05.2022 to 03.06.2022.
