¶1The order sheet would disclose that on 06.01.2023, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment on the ground of his ill health. This Court vide order dated 06.01.2023 directed to list this petition in the week commencing 16.01.2023.

¶2On the last date of listing of this petition i.e. 19.01.2023, this Court vide order dated 19.01.2023 directed to list this petition in the month of March, 2023 on request.

¶3Today, when the case is called out in the revised list, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, however, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present.

¶4It appears that either the petitioner himself or learned Counsel for the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition.

¶5In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
