¶1Sri R.K. Upadhyaya holding brief of Sri Anurag Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition inasmuch the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the competent authority and the petitioner would like to challenge the same by filing a fresh petition instead of amending the prayer in it.

¶2Considering the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
