¶1The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed against the order dated 16.05.2023 whereby petitioner's attachment as Incharge Principal, Government High School, Indwa, District-Shravasti has been terminated and he has been directed to join his original place of posting i.e. Government High School, Sitadwar, District-Shravasti within a period of three working days.

¶2Having Heard Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sandeep Sharma, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.

¶3Considering the facts, I find no ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 16.05.2023 whereby petitioner's attachment as Incharge Principal, Government High School, Indwa, District-Shravasti has been terminated and he has been directed to join his original place of posting i.e. Government High School, Sitadwar, District-Shravasti.
