Vide order dated 07.01.2013, notices were ordered to be issued to the petitioner to engage another counsel on account of elevation of then counsel for the petitioner Sri D.P. Singh, who was elevated to the Bench of this High Court. Vide order dated 28.11.2022 passed by Joint Registrar (J)(N), notices were issued to the petitioner, however, neither the acknowledgment due nor the undelivered cover has been received back, therefore, service of notice deemed to be sufficient upon the petitioner. Despite the service of notice, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In this conspectus, as above, this Court has no option but to dismiss the instant writ petition for want of prosecution. As such, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
