¶1List revised. None is present for the petitioner.

¶2As per order sheet dated 13.5.2012, Sri Humayun Mirza, Advocate has received instructions to file his memo of appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

¶3This Court, vide order dated 13.5.2022, has passed the following order:- "Sri Humayun Mirza, learned counsel, on the basis of instructions, submits that he has received instructions to file vakalatnama in the matter. He further submits that petitioner as well as his son have died and he will file substitution application within a period of two weeks. As prayed, list/put up this matter in the week commencing 30th of May 2022."

¶4Bench Secretary informed that no memo of appearance has been filed by Sri Humayun Mirza, Advocate in compliance of the order dated 13.5.2022.

¶5It is evident from the order dated 13.5.2022 that the petitioner has already died. Till date no substitution application has been filed.
