Judgment
Court No. - 21 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3000005 of 2004 Petitioner :- Suresh Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru Secretary And Anr Counsel for Petitioner :- S.P. Tewari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C Hon'ble Dinesh Pathak,J. Instant writ petition has been filed for writ of mandamus commanding respondent No.1 to decide the representation (annexure No.2) moved by the petitioner. While entertaining the instant writ petition, order dated
27.01.2004 has been passed directing the respondent No.1 to decide the representation moved by the petitioner. It appears that till now said representation must have been decided in pursuance of order dated 27.01.2004. There is nothing on record to show that any cause of action still persists or representation has not been decided. No useful purpose would be served to keep this writ petition pending for the years to come. The present writ petition become infructuous by efflux of time. As such, the instant writ petition is dismissed having become infructuous. Order Date :- 30.5.2023 Saurabh Yadav/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
