¶1While entertaining the instant writ petition following order dated 08.03.2022 has been passed by this Court:- "1. Sri R.K.Sharma, learned counsel who represents the petitioner and Sri D.C.Mukhherjee, learned counsel for the respondents, are reported to be no more.

¶2Let Card Notices be issued to the petitioner as well as to the respondents to engage some other counsel of their choice.

¶3List this case after three weeks along with office report regarding service of card notice."

¶2As per order of the Registrar (J)(N) dated 20.01.2023, undelivered envelops, sent to the petitioner and opposite party no.5 through registered post, have been returned back with the postal endorsement of 'dead'.

¶3In this conspectus, as above, no useful purpose would be served to keep this writ petition pending for years to come, whereas no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
