¶1Heard Sri Shamsher Yadav Jagrana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sandeep Sharma, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 27.4.2023 passed by opposite party No.3 transferring the petitioner from Commissionerate Lucknow to District Kasganj.

¶3Admittedly, the petitioner holds a transferable post. Transfer and posting are subject matter, which are better left open to the discretion of the competent authority. The Court should be slow in interfering in transfer and posting matters, which are given effect on administrative exigency.
