Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for opposite party nos.1, 2 and 3. In view of order being proposed to be passed, notices to opposite parties no. 4 to 8 stand dispensed with. Petition has been filed seeking direction to opposite party no.3 i.e. Station House Officer, Police Station Mallawan, District Hardoi to decide the representation dated 29.05.2022 filed by the petitioner. It is evident from the submissions and averments made that petitioner has approached police authorities concerned for lodging of the F.I.R. which has not been done till date. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record as well as taking into consideration the law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, we hereby direct the petitioner to approach opposite party no.2/ Superintendent of Police, District-Hardoi in respect to the grievances which he has raised in the present writ petition and thereafter opposite party no.2 shall take appropriate steps in the matter in question as per law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari (supra).
