Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. This petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to restrain the opposite party no.3 not to disturb the peaceful life of the petitioner. A further prayer has been made for a direction to the opposite parties not to torture and harass the petitioner's family and stop the opposite party no.3 to enter her house at late night. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on account of some family dispute with her husband, the petitioner is residing with her relative but in the pressure of the husband of the petitioner, the mother of the petitioner has lodged a complaint regarding missing of the petitioner. Therefore the police is harassing the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that the petitioner is not being harassed by the opposite party no.3 and there is no interference by the police in the peaceful life of the petitioner. Even otherwise, if there is any harassment to the petitioner, the petitioner has a remedy under Sections 154, 156(3) and 200 of the Court of Criminal Procedure, which may be availed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
