This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus for granting a direction to the opposite parties not to take any action against the petitioners and to provide protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, submits that an FIR No.0224 of 2023 for offence under Sections 363, 366 IPC has been lodged against petitioner no.2 at police station Phoolbehad, District Khiri, in which the petitioner no.1 is shown to be minor in age. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to take appropriate steps against the FIR No.0224 of 2023, to which there is no objection by learned AGA.
