Learned AGA, on basis of instructions, submits that during investigation Section 3/4 POCSO Act have also been added after statement of the victim under Section 164 CrPC. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition after adding the aforesaid added sections.
