Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, submits that the nazul land has been sold by the petitioners, therefore, Sections 467, 468, 471 IPC have also been added. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition after adding the aforesaid added sections.
