¶1Heard Sri Sheikh Mohammad Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Badrul Hasan, learned A.G.A.-I for the State-opposite party Nos. 1 to 3.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit today in Court. The same is taken on record.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this petition at this stage before this Court and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
