¶1Heard SRi Puneet Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pawan Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This petition has been filed with the following relief (s): "1. Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.05.2023 bearing No. 191 of 2023 under Sections 307, 324, 379, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow.

¶2Issue a writ in the nature of Mandmus directing the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of First Information Report dated 15.05.2023 bearing No. 191 of 2023 under Sections 307, 324, 379, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow."

¶3Learned A.G.A. submits that charge-sheet has been filed in the court concerned under Section 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. against the petitioner.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petitioner, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
