¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Nikhil Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking expeditious and proper disposal of Criminal Case No.98202 of 2022; State of U.P. Versus Amar Singh and others, arising out of Crime No.0026 of 2018 on 12.01.2018 under Section 498-A, 406, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3 & 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Indira Nagar, District-Commissionerate North Lucknow.

¶3In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to decide the said case expeditiously preferably within a period of two year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
