¶1Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the proceedings arising out of Case No.2098 of 2015 under Sections 409, 419, 420 IPC, Police Station Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

¶2I have gone through the record and do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned proceedings.

¶3The petition is thus, dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted 10 days' time to surrender before the trial Court and apply for regular bail. If the petitioner surrenders before the trial court and applies for bail within a period of ten days, his bail application shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
