¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Jai Prakash, learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed impugning the order dated 24.02.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Barabanki under Section 6 of the U.P. Control of Goonda Act and the order dated 5.4.2023 passed by the Commissioner, Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya in Appeal No.544 of 2023, whereby the petitioner's application for interim relief i.e. staying the order of externment dated 24.2.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Barabanki has been rejected while admitting the appeal.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the next date fixed before the Commissioner, Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya is 28.06.2023.

¶4This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order and, therefore, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Commissioner, Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya to make endeavour to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on the next date of listing i.e. 28.06.2023 subject to cooperation by the petitioner. If in case the appeal is not disposed of on the next date i.e.
